LMF Academy is aimed at 11-18 years olds who want to be part of making a new one-off band and create new music to perform at Lancaster Music Festival.

Working with our team of professional musicians, you’ll join an exciting musical collaboration that will culminate in a performance on the More Music Youth Stage at the Gregson Centre as part of Lancaster Music Festival, showcasing the young musical talent of the local grassroots music scene. The Gregson was voted the #1 venue at the last LMF so its definitely the place to play!

We’re looking for guitarists, singers, horn players, keys and more, if you are musical and want to take part, sign up below! It’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded musicians and make new friends.

By signing up, participants are agreeing to be available for all the sessions, rehearsal and gig. Please email Darren.leadsom@moremusic.org.uk with any questions.

Places limited. We have musical equipment available here for the sessions (eg guitars, basses, drums, keys, amps, PA etc) but you are welcome to bring your own.
