More Music has more than 25 years’ experience of imaginative and successful events and projects, which have focussed on partnership development and connection to communities.

We are one of the longest running and most highly regarded community music and education organisations in the UK. We work with people of all ages and all backgrounds creating opportunities for personal development where participants are encouraged to take risks, are respected and discover their voice.

 

We have a proud history of running local festivals in Morecambe to highlight community successes, celebrate a sense of pride in our community and improve wellbeing. Everyone has been welcome, you don’t need to be a musician to take part, just come along, join in and enjoy the show.

Creative West End is a locally rooted partnership comprised of the Good Things Collective, West End Million, Film Morecambe, The ReStore, More Music and local residents seeking to build collaboration and driving community-led creative change across the West End. The voluntary, community-run group of residents, artists and creative organisations work together for the benefit of our community.

Creative West End believe art and creativity has an important role to play in our neighbourhood and everyone should have the chance to engage and enjoy beautiful artistic projects and opportunities.
