Seagull Café utilises music to provide a positive impact on mental health and combating social isolation. It takes place each week and is a community singing group offering live music and good company with tea, cake and a sing along for over 60s.

Susan Griffin has been one of the Seagulls and enjoys how the group brings everyone together, she remarks: “The songs bring joy out in the people who come, it sparks memories and their want to share them, for some people they are limited by illness and distance from family, this is a place to socialise that they might not have otherwise”

Susan took it upon herself to design these cards as a way to raise the profile of the Seagull Café and to give back in a creative way.
