Who’s the leader?
Ben is a talented melodeon, accordion (B/C/C# and piano), bass and ukulele player. He hails from Lancaster and has a degree in popular music from Paul McCartney’s Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts (LIPA) and a PGCE from the University of Lancaster.
Ben is an experienced teacher and workshop leader, having worked for Folkus, Music Links and many others.

Ben is an accomplished accordionist and multi-instrumentalist, who will guide you through a new tune or song every week. Whether you’re interested in music from the British Isles, Europe or beyond, there’s bound to be something to suit your tastes and help you advance as a traditional musician in a comfortable and enjoyable environment. Suitable for beginners/ intermediate players.
